Steve Williams joined Henson Partners, Inc. bringing over 25 years of Food Industry experience to the recruitment profession. After earning a B.S. in Food Industry from the University of Illinois, he began his career with Kraft Foods. Over the next ten years, he worked in various Kraft dairy and food manufacturing locations with increasing levels of responsibility in both quality assurance and production management.
Next, Steve was presented an opportunity to broaden his experience in technical sales. He joined Ecolab Inc. as an Account Manager in 1992 and relocated to the East Coast. While there, he built strong partnerships with his customers and was responsible for providing solutions to their sanitation needs while meeting Ecolab sales targets. He was recognized by both his company and, more importantly, his customers for outstanding service, attention to detail, and follow-up. He was awarded several honors including "Account Manager of the Year" and "Supplier of the Year" and received a promotion to Executive Account Manager.
Having established a solid foundation in a customer-focused industry, Steve accepted the position of Director of Business Development for Henson Partners, Inc. Steve's comprehensive knowledge of the food industry, from both a manufacturing and sales perspective, makes this a logical progression for his career and a natural fit for Henson Partners, Inc.
